The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme (BSCCS), initiated by the Government of Bihar, aims to provide financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. Eligible students can avail themselves of loans up to ₹4 lakh to cover expenses such as tuition fees, books, and other educational necessities.

Male students: 4% per annum.

- Prepare the following documents for submission:
- Aadhaar Card of the applicant and co-applicant (if available).
- PAN Card of the applicant and co-applicant.
- 10th and 12th standard certificates and mark sheets.
- Proof of admission into the recognized institution.
- Approved course structure and fee schedule from the institution.
- Recent passport-sized photographs.
- Residence certificate to confirm Bihar residency.
- Family income certificate or Form 16.
